Unique Physiotherapy is a chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice that was first set up in September 2017 by Dominique Reed, following an increased number of private referrals and ‘word of mouth’ recommendations.
Since then the clinic has taken pride of place in Leeds Number one personal Training studio, 1RM. Following the success of Unique Physiotherapy in Leeds, expansion has taken place, with the opening of the second clinic at Wakefield CrossFit gym, therefore taking bookings across both clinics.
Unique Physiotherapy strives to achieve a patient centred approach, explaining a patient’s problems to allow them to gain understanding. This ensures that the patient is educated on the cause and effect and the importance of a patient’s bespoke rehabilitation plan.
We know the importance of hands on treatment therefore we pride ourselves on delivering the best service, whilst encouraging patients to take ownership of the problematic area. Without this the rehabilitation process would take much longer.

Dominique completed her BSc in Sport and Exercise with Psychology and Masters Degree in Physiotherapy. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the Health and Fitness industry as she previously worked as a personal trainer and sports masseuse. Dominique has a specialist interest in strength and conditioning, which has been shown by her representing Great Britain in Powerlifting.
